What is the Pay As You Go pricing model?+
With Pay As You Go, you pay zero upfront platform fees. We only charge you a low active rate per member once they successfully purchase a package from your studio. If a member hasn't paid you or has left your gym, you pay absolutely nothing for them.
How does the 10-day trial period work for new members?+
Every new client or member you register on the platform receives a 10-day trial period automatically. During these first 10 days, the platform charges the studio $0 for them. Billable active status only begins on the 11th day or when they buy a package.
How do longer booking discounts save me money?+
Just like your studio offers discounts for longer packages (like 3, 6, or 12 months) to encourage long-term commitment, fitnes.app does the same. If you register your members on longer plans (e.g. 12-month membership), our per-member rate drops by 46% (from $1.50 down to $0.80 per member/month), making it highly cost-effective.
What is fitnes.app and how does the custom App work?+
fitnes.app is a software platform that lets fitness studio owners launch their own branded web applications. Once you register, we generate a unique subdomain for your studio (e.g. yourstudio.[city].[country].fitnes.app) hosting an installable custom App. Your staff and clients can install it directly onto their phone screens like a native app.
Can I use my own custom domain?+
Yes. Our Premium Studio tier allows you to link your own custom domain (e.g. members.yourstudio.com) instead of the standard yourstudio.[city].[country].fitnes.app subdomain structure.
What types of fitness centers are supported?+
The platform is fully generic. Whether you run a weightlifting Gym, Yoga Studio, CrossFit Box, Karate Dojo, Pilates Studio, or Dance Academy, you can configure the terminology and modules to fit your exact requirements.
How does the QR check-in system work?+
In your dashboard, you can open the dynamic QR screen. When clients or staff members walk in, they open their App, tap 'Scan', and scan the QR code to log their attendance. We verify their GPS location and time to prevent check-in sharing.
