Legal Agreement

To register a fitness studio, you must provide accurate business info. Subdomain names are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the following regulations:

• You may not claim subdomains that violate trademark laws or copy well-known brands (e.g. nike.fitnes.app).
• We reserve the right to rename or release subdomains that are inactive or squatted.
• The owner is entirely responsible for safeguarding administrator login credentials.

Our platform offers tiered packages. You agree to pay the standard rates for upgraded tiers:

• Free plans include a standard subdomain with standard workout customizer limits.
• Growth and Premium tiers enable linking custom apex domains, which are billed on monthly or annual recurring schedules.
• Payments are handled securely. Failures to renew subscriptions will degrade accounts back to the Free tier.

While we strive for maximum uptime utilizing the Cloudflare global serverless network, you acknowledge the following parameters:

• Service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis with no express warrant of uptime.
• Emergency database maintenance windows may occur, usually scheduled during off-peak hours (1:00 AM - 3:00 AM IST).
• We are not liable for business revenue losses resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach terms or engage in malicious behavior:

• Spamming API routes, injecting malicious scripts, or using subdomains to distribute illegal materials will result in instant deletion.
• Owners can voluntarily decommission their studios and erase database entries by contacting support@fitnes.app.
• Suspended subdomains will be immediately made available for other users to register.
