When you register a studio, we collect necessary business details to configure your subdomain database, verify your identity, and set up your tenant admin access:

• Display Name (to create your subdomains like yourbrand.[city].[country].fitnes.app)
• Legal Business Name & Company ID/Tax Code (for business verification)
• Admin email and password (encrypted using modern hashing protocols)
• Branding configurations (custom theme colors, preset choices, and uploaded logo images)

We prioritize security. Your data is used exclusively to operate your custom application tenant. We do not sell or lease your business details to third-party advertisers.

• Each studio tenant database is completely isolated to prevent data leaks.
• Administrators control all client routines and attendance logs.
• Cloudflare edge networks encrypt all API transmissions with SSL/TLS protocols.

We leverage industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers to guarantee maximum performance and security:

• Cloudflare Workers & Cloudflare Pages for high-availability static web and serverless API execution.
• Cloudflare D1 SQL database instances managing tenant registrations.
• Cloudflare R2 buckets for securely storing and distributing uploaded logo assets.

If you decide to close your fitness studio account and wish to permanently delete your custom subdomain, database logs, and administrator emails from our systems:

• Send a request from your registered administrator email to privacy@fitnes.app.
• We will purge all database entries and asset files within 48 hours.
• A confirmation log will be emailed to you upon successful database decommissioning.
